甜菜碱对三元育肥猪血清中TP、BUN、IgG含量和ChE活性的影响

         

摘要

旨在研究饲粮中不同甜菜碱水平对三元育肥猪血清中TP、BUN、IgG含量和ChE活性的影响.选取60头3月龄左右、体重相近(49 kg±4.04 kg)的杜大长三元杂交育肥猪,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(无甜菜碱),试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1 000、1 500、2 000 mg/kg甜菜碱的试验饲粮.饲喂试验前后前腔静脉采集抗凝血液,分离血清,全自动生化分析仪测定血清中TP、IgG、BUN含量和ChE活性,应用SPSS23.0软件进行统计学处理与分析.结果表明,3个水平甜菜碱对三元育肥猪血清中BUN含量和ChE活性无显著影响(P>0.05);3个水平甜菜碱可显著提高血清TP含量(P<0.05);在1 500 mg/kg甜菜碱水平下,饲喂前后TP与IgG含量变化与对照组相比极显著升高(P<0.01);饲粮中甜菜碱添加量为1 500 mg/kg时饲喂效果最好,可促进三元育肥猪蛋白质合成代谢、提高其免疫力,是育肥猪饲粮甜菜碱最适添加量.%This paper aimed to study the effects of betaine levels in diet on TP,BUN,IgG contents and ChE activity in sera of Duroc-Yorkshire-Landrace cross-bred fattening pigs.Sixty Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire pigs with 49 kg±4.04 kg and about 3 months old were randomly divided into four groups.The first group as the control fed basal diet(none betaine),betaine contents of diet in trial 1,trial 2 and trial 3 were 1 000,1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg,respectively.Anticoagulant blood samples were collected from the vena cava anterior before and after feeding experiment,then serum was separated respectively.Seral biochemical indicators,including TP,BUN,IgG contents and ChE activity were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0 software.The results showed that in sera of Duroc-Yorkshire-Landrace cross-bred fattening pigs at different betaine feeding conditions,BUN content and blood ChE activity were not significantly changed (P> 0.05);TP content was significantly increased (P<0.05);At 1 500 mg/kg betaine level,TP and IgG contents were significantly increased(P< 0.01);1 500 mg/kg betaine level which has the best effect is the optimal dosage.It helps to improve protein synthesis metabolism and immunity in Duroc-Yorkshire-Landrace fattening pigs.
