赤土茯苓苷对运动后小鼠应激性胃溃疡的保护作用

运动员由于职业特殊性,容易造成应激性胃溃疡.赤土茯苓是一种天然的中草药,其提取物赤土茯苓苷对胃溃疡有保护作用.论文以小鼠为研究对象,旨在探讨赤土茯苓苷对水浸应激性胃溃疡的影响.选取60只体重在23.1 g~27.2 g 的雄性小鼠,随机分为生理盐水组、草药组、粗品组及3组赤土茯苓苷组(SmiⅠ组、SmiⅡ组、SmiⅢ组),连续10 d对小鼠灌胃给药,生理盐水组补充生理盐水2 mL,草药组补充直接粉碎的赤土茯苓300 mg,粗品组补充300 mg制备的粗品,以及3组赤土茯苓苷组分别给药(SmiⅠ组300 mg、SmiⅡ组200 mg、SmiⅢ组100 mg),水浸24 h,处死取胃.检测小鼠胃黏膜中血流量、胃溃疡指数、出血点数、溃疡抑制率及GSH-Px水平5项指标.结果表明,SmiⅠ组、SmiⅡ组、SmiⅢ组在溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率、出血点数、GSH-Px活性及胃黏膜血流量GMBF等指标均比对照组有所改善,说明赤土茯苓苷对水浸应激性胃溃疡具有很好的保护作用.研究显示,赤土茯苓苷的给药量不同,对胃溃疡的保护效果也不同,剂量越小保护效果越弱,给药300 mg剂量时效果最佳.%The athletes are prone to stress gastric ulcers due to their professional particularity.Smilax gla-bra is a kind of natural Chinese herbal medicine,the extract of Smilax glabra(smiglabrin)has a good pro-tective effect on gastric ulcer.This study aimed at the effects of smiglabrin on the gastric ulcer in mice in-duced by water immersion stress.60 male mice at the 23.1 g-27.2 g weight were selected and divided ran-domly into saline group,herbal medicine group,crude product group and three smiglabrin(Smi Ⅰ,Smi Ⅱand Smi Ⅲ)groups.The mice were given with corresponding preparations for 10 consecutive days after in-tragastric administration of 2 mL normal saline in saline group,300 mg crushed herb in herbal medicine group,300 mg crude product in crude product group,and 300 mg,200 mg,100 mg smiglabrin in Smi Ⅰ, Smi Ⅱ and Smi Ⅲ groups respectively.The mice were sacrificed after 24 h water immersion,and the stom-achs were collected for detecting 5 indexes,such as blood flow,gastric ulcer index,bleeding point,ulcer in-hibition rate and GSH-Px level,in gastric mucosa.The results showed that the ulcer indexes,ulcer inhibi-tion rates,bleeding points,GSH-Px activities and gastric mucosal blood flow GMBF were all improved in Smi Ⅰ,Smi Ⅱ and Smi Ⅲ groups compared with the control groups,indicating that smiglabrin has good protective effect on the gastric ulcer of water immersion stress.The protective effects on gastric ulcer is different with different smiglabrin dosages,the smaller the dose,the weaker the protective effect,the effect with the administration of 300 mg dose is the best.
