＜正＞ Calcitonin gene-related peptide gene with signal peptide was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pCDM8 and injected directly into spontaneous hypertension rat （SHR）. The SHR’s blood pressure dropped obviously and the result lasted for more than one month.
