临床脑电图教学方法的分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical teaching methods of EEG in order to improve the teaching quality of clinical EEG. Methods 60 clinical interns in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 in each group. The research group was given the modern teaching mode, and the control group was given the traditional teaching mode. After the end of the internship period,the clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results Rresearch group of EEG practice operation ability is better than that of the control group,study group overall operating performance of the pass rate of 93. 33%,pass rate is 66. 67% in the control group,the overall operating results,compared the two groups P ﹤0. 05). Study group EEG report writing relatively standardized,compared with the control group had no significant difference( P﹥0 . 05;pass study group overall basic theory knowledge score rate was 90 . 00%,control group overall basic theory results,the passing rate was 53. 33%,two groups compare P﹤0. 01. Conclusion The modernization of teach-ing mode in clinical EEG teaching effect is significant,worthy of clinical teaching promotion.%目的:对脑电图临床教学方法进行分析探讨,以进一步提高临床脑电图教学质量。方法选取60名临床实习生,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30人,研究组给予现代化的教学模式,对照组给予传统教学模式,于实习期结束后对比两组学生的临床教学效果。结果研究组脑电图实践操作能力优于对照组,研究组总体操作成绩及格率93.33%,对照组总体操作成绩及格率66.67%,两组比较p﹤0.05;研究组脑电图报告书写比较规范,但与对照组相比并无明显差异p﹥0.05;研究组总体基础理论知识成绩及格率为90.00%,对照组总体基础理论知识成绩及格率为53.33%,两组比较p﹤0.01。结论现代化的教学模式在临床脑电图教学中效果显著,值得临床教学推广。
