一种新型五柱塞往复泵及其系统

摘要

The mediums in high pressure pumps used in coal chemical, coal made oil and coal and oil refining together industries have the features of high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity and rich content of solid, so that the service cannot be fulfilled by using normal reciprocating pump. In this article, it was introduced that use of newfive plungers reciprocating pump can solve the existed problems and reach the requirements in transporting the mediums mentioned above.%煤化工、煤制油及煤-油共炼等装置中高压进料泵输送的介质具有高温、高压、高含固量及高黏度的特点,采用普通往复泵无法满足要求.通过阐述一种新型五柱塞往复泵的设计技术方案,能够很好地解决目前往复泵输送类似复杂介质时存在的问题,切实满足煤化工、煤制油及煤-油共炼等装置中高压进料泵输送这种具有四高特性介质的要求.
