The device has three reciprocating pumps e.g. gear pump or membrane pump, whose different cylinder capacities in equal ratios and solvent/refrigerant flow of a refrigerator are combined with an unique common plunger, such that the pumps for refrigerant and lower concentrated solution are operated in a reverse flow in a quasi dynamic manner. Higher concentrated solution concentrates in the third pump by the plunger. Another pump principle allows an exact adjustment of the capacity in a sufficient manner.
