文丘里除尘塔中的热喷涂设计和涂层性能研究

摘要

针对文丘里除尘塔涂层耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐冲刷磨损的要求，查阅资料选出合适的喷涂方法及涂层材料。采用电弧喷涂方法制备了NiCr涂层，研究了涂层的结合强度、硬度、涂层成分、摩擦性能和耐高温性能。分析结果显示， NiCr合金涂层性能满足要求。%In order to meet the requirements of high temperature resistance, anticorrosion and erosion resistance for the inner coating of Ventri Scrubber, the appropriate spray method and coating material were selected through checking references. The NiCr coating was prepared by using electrical arc spraying. The bond strength, hardness, composition and high temperature resistance of the coating layer were studied in this article. It was shown in the results that NiCr alloy coating is satisfactory to all the requirements.
