螺杆压缩机转子过盈装配应力对机组运行寿命的影响分析

         

摘要

螺杆压缩机在大型石油化工、煤化工行业中应用十分广泛,尤其在炼油、化纤、天然气、煤制烯烃等领域的重要性越来越高.螺杆转子是螺杆压缩机的核心部件.转子直径大于500 mm的转子,光轴与螺旋齿部分采用热套工艺进行装配,若装配不合理,将会对螺杆机组的整体寿命产生不良影响.由于螺杆压缩机工作中,径向受力上阴转子比阳转子大,且阴转子齿面较薄,因此文章针对更易发生疲劳损坏的阴转子进行分析研究;由于齿面结构不规则,无法采用传统的计算公式,因此借鉴用有限元软件ABAQUS/CAE对某型号阴转子进行的有限元分析结果,探讨分析过盈装配应力对机组运行寿命的影响,分析表明阴转子空心齿内的最大应力达到226 MPa,同时齿面最薄处的应力达150 MPa;在保证正常装配的情况下,将φ250 mm圆柱面连接处的过盈量减小,空心齿内的最大应力减小为198 MPa,同时齿面最薄处的应力减小为135 MPa,提高了抗疲劳强度,给实际加工生产或者检维修工作,选取适当的装配过盈量提供了参考性意见.%Screw rotor is a core in screw compressor. In case where the diameter of rotor is greater than 500 mm, shrinkage fit is applied in assembling smooth shaft and screw teeth part. But with inappropriate assembling there is bad effect to the life of screw compressor machine set. In working condition, the female rotor is subjected to larger radial force than male rotor, and moreover the teeth on female rotor are comparatively thinner. Thus fatigue may be occurred in female motor. In this article, it was focus on the study of fatigue damage occurred in female rotor. In view of irregular teeth structure, traditional calculation equations cannot be used. In this article, by using finite element software ABQUS/CAE, one female rotor was analyzed, in which the effect of the stress induced from shrink fit to the life of machine set was studied. It was shown that the maximum stress in hollow tooth on female rotor reached 226 MPa, and that reached 150 MPa at where of thinnest tooth. It was found that under normal assembling condition, with reduced interference at the connection with 250 cylinder surface, the maximum stress in hollow tooth may be reduced to 198 MPa and the stress at where of thinnest tooth may be reduced to 135 MPa, in this way, fatigue strength is enhanced. What presented herein provided reference for determining appropriate interference in assembly in practical production and maintenance.
