煤化工压力容器设计应注意的问题

摘要

压力容器设计人员,在具备一定的设计能力、掌握基本标准规范的同时,还需熟悉设备选材、采购、制造、安装、检维修的过程及要求,以保证设计图纸满足制造及安装要求,准确、完整、无漏项.结合多个煤化工项目压力容器设计的实际案例,讨论设计人员在设计过程中应注意的问题.%Pressure vessel designers are requested to not only have the abilities of mastering basic standards and codes but also be familiar with the processes of material selection,procurement,fabrication,assembly and maintenance.In this way,the requirements in fabrication and assembly can be and the design drawing are correct and completed,in which there is no any missed item.Combined with practical engineering examples,in this article,some issues in design process were discussed.
