离心泵扬程不足的现场改造

摘要

离心泵到达现场安装完毕后,可能会由于设计变更对泵的参数提出新的要求.讨论了现场对离心泵进行的改造,重点论述了在扬程不足的情况下增加扬程的几种方案,根据现场实际情况以及从节约成本的角度考虑,对各种方案进行了比较,最终确定了以更换叶轮以及变频电机的方式满足改造要求.%After centrifugal pump is installed onsite, new requirements may be appeared in case of alternations in design. In this paper, the updating for the pump onsite was discussed. Several schemes for increasing head were prescribed. From the view point of practice onsite and cost saving, the comparison of these schemes was performed, and finally the measure of changing impeller and using frequency conversion motor was applied to meet the update in requirements.
