四通道电磁炮光电同步检测系统设计

         

摘要

In order to detect the performance of the gun body when the EM gun bursts shells, it is necessary to extract the synchronous trigging signals for running fire, thus the four-channel photoelectric synchronous detection system has been designed. In the system, the PIN photoelectric diode BPW24R is used as the detector, when the gun is running fire, the gun body is blocking the laser path, the optical signal is obtained and photoelectric conversion is conducted. After de-noising and amplifying, the electric signal generates TTL trigger pulse with width adjustable between 1~4 ms, and the pulse signals corresponding four bursting shells are distributed to four of the photoelectric output channels. The result of experiments shows that the design meets the requirements for gun bore detection, e. g. , high sensitivity, good synchronous performance, and strong anti-interference capability.%为了检测电磁炮连发炮弹时的炮体性能,需要提取其发炮时的同步触发信号,所以设计了一种四通道光电同步检测系统。该系统采用PIN型光电二极管BPW24R作为探测器,利用发炮时炮体对激光源光路阻断的方法,获取光信号并进行光电转换。电信号经去噪和放大后,生成脉宽1~4 ms间可调的TTL触发脉冲,并将四连发炮弹对应的脉冲信号分配到四个光电通道输出。试验结果表明,设计能够满足炮膛检测所需的灵敏度高、同步性能好、抗干扰能力强的要求。
