The tube (10) has a sealed envelope (11) comprising a wall forming a transparent window (20) provided with a number of concavities (23) equal to number of channels of the tube, where the concavities are in the form of hollow parts. A photocathode (24) is arranged on an inner face (22) of the window to receive photons passed through the window, and is in the form of a photo-emissive layer. Each concavity has a rectangular surface that is projected on a plane perpendicular to an axial direction (Z) of the tube, where the surface is equal to a surface of a plane outer face (21) of the window.
