绞吸挖泥船横移系统多回路控制研究

     

摘要

为了提高绞吸挖泥船的施工产量,同时避免设备电流超限或管路浓度过高现象的发生,提出了混合多回路控制系统.建立了横移系统的多个制约因素和横移速度的数学模型,并分别设计了模糊PID和Smith预估器的控制方法.对于多个子回路之间的协调问题,设计了一个多回路自动切换控制器,并进行仿真.仿真结果表明,该控制器能根据横移系统的运行状态自动切换控制回路,实现了绞吸挖泥船横移系统对多回路的稳定、高效控制.%In order to increase the construction output of cutter suction dredgers, and avoid the over limit current of equipment or excessive concentration in pipeline,a hybrid multi-loop control system is proposed. The mathematical models of a plurality of restrictive factors and the traverse speed are built,and the control methods of fuzzy PID and Smith predictor are respectively designed. For the coordination among multiple sub-loops, a multi - loop automatic switching controller is designed and simulated. The simulation results show that the controller can automatically switchover the control loops according to the running state of the traverse system,thus the stable and highly efficient control of the traverse system of cutter suction dredger is realized.
