KZ-28型可控震源混合隔振仿真研究

         

摘要

KZ-28 vibroseis is unable to provide satisfactory effects of vibration isolation when it is working at low vibration frequencies because it is only equipped with a passive isolation system,so the output waveform of vibration source is distorted,and the quality of seismic exploration is affected.Thus a hybrid vibration isolation system is required in order to address this problem.With the technical parameters and the working mode of this vibration source as the basis,it is determined that the vibration model of this source is a single-degree-of-freedom model;the passive vibration isolation and a simulation model of the vibration source are designed,and the simulation program is designed using LabVIEW,to carry out the simulation for passive vibration isolation and hybrid vibration isolation.The simulation results indicate that if passive isolation is used,the isolation efficiency does not exceed 95% until the excitation frequency increases above 13 Hz.Conversely,in the hybrid isolation mode,the isolation efficiency stays above 95% throughout the working frequency range of 1 Hz to 250 Hz,hence providing a solution to the vibration source problem of poor isolation at low frequencies.The conclusion is that in new design of the vibration isolation system,different isolation modes for different frequency bands can be considered,hybrid isolation mode for 1 Hz to 17 Hz,and passive mode for 17 Hz to 250 Hz.%KZ-28型可控震源由于仅装备了被动隔振系统,在低频段振动时隔振效果不理想,导致震源输出的波形产生畸变,从而影响地震勘探的质量.为此,需要设计一套混合隔振系统.以该震源的技术参数和工作方式为基础,确定了震源的振动模型为单自由度模型,设计了震源的被动隔振和混合隔振的仿真模型,并使用LabVIEW设计了仿真程序,进行被动隔振和混合隔振的仿真.仿真结果表明:采用被动隔振方式,只有当激振频率高于13 Hz时,隔振效率才能大于95%;采用混合隔振方式,可以实现1~250 Hz频率范围内95%以上的隔振效率,可以解决该震源低频隔振不理想的问题.根据仿真结果得出以下结论:在该震源的新型隔振系统设计中可以采用分频段隔振技术,即在1~17 Hz的低频段采用混合隔振方式,而在17~250 Hz的高频段采用被动隔振方式.
