铠装热电偶电缆及铠装热电偶国内外标准化情况分析

     

摘要

铠装热电偶是常用的温度仪表之一,其研究一直受到世界各国的重视.2016年,IEC对IEC 61515:1995《铠装热电偶电缆及铠装热电偶》进行了修订.为了更好地理解该标准,分别阐述了美国、日本和我国的铠装热电偶电缆及铠装热电偶标准体系.重点介绍了国际试验与材料协会(ASTM)标准.具体分析和比较了IEC 61515:2016标准与我国现行标准《铠装热电偶电缆和铠装热电偶》(GB/T 18404-2001)、《廉金属铠装热电偶电缆》(JB/T 8205-1999)、《工业铠装热电偶技术条件》(JB/T 5582-2014)的主要技术条件指标,并简要指出了IEC 61515:2016标准存在室温绝缘电阻过低等缺憾.IEC 61515:2016标准对于推动热电偶技术进步和提升我国热电偶行业的整体质量水平具有重要意义.%Mineral insulated metal sheathed thermocouple is one of the commonly used temperature instruments,and the research on that has been paid much attention all over the world.The standard of IEC 61515:1995 "Mineral Insulated Metal-sheathed Thermocouple Cables and Thermocouples" was revised in 2016 by IEC.To better understand this international standard,the standard systems of mineral insulated metal sheathed thermocouple cables and thermocouples of the United States,Japan,and China are analyzed respectively.The ASTM standards are introduced emphatically,and then,the main technical specifications of IEC 61515:2016 and Chinese current standards GB/T 18404-2001,JB/T 8205-1999,and JB/T 5582-2014 are compared and analyzed.The shortcomings of IEC 61515:2016 about insulation resistance is too low under ambient temperature are introduced briefly.The IEC 61515:2016 standard is of great significance for promoting the progress of thermocouple technology and improving the overall quality level of China's thermocouple industry.
