LabVIEW平台上的温度自动检测装置研究

             

摘要

Aiming at the technical requirements of oil field development,the overall structure of temperature detection device is analyzed,the programming procedures and functional principle of temperature detecting system are discussed,and the temperature detecting device based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW is constructed.According to the relevant signal parameters,the features of existing temperature detecting devices are compared.In the development operations of oil field,the improvement of temperature detection technology is not only related to the significance of oil production activities,but also is an important cornerstone to promote the production efficiency.Researches show that the parameters of crystal may be changed when ambient temperature of oil field changes,thus the static operating point becomes unstable,and in severe cases,it may lead the circuits to stop working.Combining with LabVIEW,the systematic test of temperature detecting device is conducted,the results show that the multiple sets of temperature instruments can be detected by this new type of temperature detection device at the same time;and the uninterrupted detection of multiple detection points,and the automatic detection of temperature instruments and the collection of electrical signals can be realized.%针对油田开发的技术需求,分析了温度检测装置的总体结构,探讨了温度检测装置系统的编写程序及功能原理,构建了基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的温度自动检测装置系统.根据相关信号参数,对比了现有的温度检测装置的特点.在油田开发作业中,温度检测技术的提高不仅关系到油田生产活动,更是推动其生产效率提升的重要基石.研究表明,当油田的周边环境温度发生改变时,晶体参数就会发生改变,使得静态工作点变得不稳定,严重时还会导致电路停止正常的工作.结合LabVIEW技术,对温度检测装置进行系统测试后,证明了该新型温度检测装置能够实现多台温度仪表的同时检测、多检测点不间断检测,以及温度仪表检测的自动化和对电信号的采集.
