基于PCI总线的瞬态延迟脉冲发生器

             

摘要

针对高强度脉冲中子源控制系统的测试要求,需要产生相对于触发信号具有纳秒级延时、脉冲宽度为毫秒级的测试控制信号.由于传统脉冲信号发生器价格昂贵,为了产生所需测试控制信号,同时提高设备利用率,采用具有可编程功能的PCI数据采集卡产生测试控制信号.在PCI6602数据采集卡的硬件平台上,采用LabVIEW软件中的DAQ数据采集系统对PCI6602进行控制,通过LabVIEW前面板对PCI6602数据采集卡写入指定的延时时间和脉冲宽度,并允许数据采集卡开始计数.当门控位有一个上升沿时,数据采集卡的输出会根据写入初值输出一个相应的可控脉冲信号,从而设计了可实现基于PCI总线接口控制的多路瞬态且可控的延迟脉冲信号发生器.试验结果表明,该控制器能够实现多路脉冲宽度和延迟时间的精密可调,具有精度高、稳定性好、操作简单的优点,对工程和教学研究具有一定的实用价值.%In accordance with the test requirements of the control system of high intensity pulse neutron source,it is necessary to generate the test control signal which is nanosecond delayed related to the trigger signal,and with millisecond pulse width.Due to the traditional pulse signal generator is so expensive,to meet the requirements of the test control signal and to enhance the utilization rate of equipment,the programmable PCI data acquisition card is used to generate the test control signal.Based on the hardware platform of PCI6602 data acquisition card from National Instruments (NI),by using the DAQ data acquisition system of the LabVIEW software,the control PCI6602 is conducted;through the front panel of LabVIEW,specific delay time and pulse width are written into PCI6602 data acquisition card,and the card is enable to start counting.When a rising edge appears at the gate control bit,the data acquisition card may output a corresponding controllable pulse signal in accordance with the initial values written,thus the multi-channel transient and controllable delay pulse signal generator based on PCI bus interface control is implemented.The test result shows that the controller is able to precisely adjust the width and delay time for multi-channel pulses with high accuracy,stability and ease operation,it has certain practical applicable value to engineering and teaching research.
