This paper presented an new annealing genet ic algorithm(AGA) forreactive power planning (RPP) by introducing Bohzmann mechanism on the basis of defaults analysis of simple Genetic Algorithm(SGA). The simulation result of 30-IEEE show that AGA has high converge speed and ability to escape from local minimum, it is an better method for RPP.%为了解决电力系统的无功规划问题,本文在分析简单遗传算法(SGA)缺陷的基础上,在SGA中引入Boltzmann生存机制,提出了一种新型的退火选择遗传算法(AGA)。对IEEE30节点系统的仿真表明,该算法收敛速度快,逃脱局部极值的能力强,对电力系统优化问题提供了一种新颖的方法。
