计及气候条件含风力发电电力系统可靠性分析

         

摘要

为了解接入电力系统的风电场对系统可靠性的影响,我们将气候因素引入电力系统可靠性分析.对于增加了风力发电机的电力系统,分析了不同气候条件下元件参数和风机运行状况,在可靠性指标计算过程中,我们采用具体模型,对现有元件可靠性参数进行处理,进而得到含风力发电机的电力系统可靠性参数.最后分析了此时整个系统的可靠性,认为此种情况下电力系统运行可靠性有所提高.%In order to analyze the impact of wind farm on reliability of power system.the climate conditions are considered in this paper. For a power system containing wind farms,parameters of the components and running condition of wind generators are analyzed under different climate conditions. In the calculation process of reliability index,a specific model is selected and the reliability index of the present components is processed, and then the reliability index of power system containing wind farms can be obtained. Finally,based on the analysis of reliability of the whole system, the reliability of power system in such condition can be improved.
