考虑负荷管理的供电公司最优竞标策略

摘要

以概率性市场出清电价预测的预测结果为基础,提出在分时电价联动机制与可中断负荷管理两种负荷管理方式下的日前市场供电公司最优竞标策略.在构造供电公司竞标策略时,以降低购电费用和风险为目标,并考虑合理制定负荷管理(分时电价联动机制和可中断负荷管理)措施,鼓励用户参与负荷管理,提高运营效益.算例分析验证了供电公司最优竞标策略的新特点,以及所提模型和方法的有效性.%This paper focuses on building optimal bidding strategies for load serving entities (LSEs). Based on probabilistic market clearing price forecasting, optimal bidding strategies for LSEs with consideration of load management (time-of-use and interruptible load) are proposed. When building bidding strategies for LSEs, the fees and risks for purchasing electricity are minimized, meanwhile the distribution costs through employing load management methods (time-of-use and interruptible load) are cut down. A numerical example is served for showing the new characteristics of the bidding strategies of LSEs, and demonstrating the feasibility of the developed model and method.
