基于负荷分解的用户侧自动需求响应系统

         

摘要

针对用户侧负荷如何自动化、智能化地参与需求响应,设计并实现了一种基于负荷分解的用户侧自动需求响应系统。系统通过负荷分解算法辨识得到各类设备的电气信息,并计算用户实时的需求响应资源,通过感知电网紧急状态实现自动切负荷的激励型需求响应。考虑到高渗透率分布式能源接入用户侧的趋势,提出以促进分布式能源消纳为目标的日前调度模型,实现用户参与价格型需求响应。最后,实际测试结果表明系统部署便捷、易于推广,可有效实现用户不同类型的自动需求响应。%An automated demand response system in user side based on load disaggregation is designed and implement⁃ed to encourage users to participate in demand response automatically and intelligently. The system recognizes the elec⁃trical information of various types of devices by a load disaggregation algorithm,and calculates the user's real-time de⁃mand response resource. In this way,the system accomplishes an incentive-based demand response,which involves an automatic load-shedding process when an emergency of power grid is identified. Considering the trend of high penetra⁃tion of distributed energy into the user side,a day-ahead scheduling model is proposed to improve the consumption of distributed energy,by which more users are encouraged to take part in the price-based demand response. Finally,the test result shows that the developed system is highly applicable and easy to deploy,and it can be used effectively in im⁃plementing different types of automated demand responses.
