电动汽车充储放电站储能系统容量配置方法

     

摘要

Based on queuing theory and cost-benefit analysis(CBA),a capacity allocation method for the energy stor?age system in an electric vehicle charging-storage-discharging integrated station is proposed in this paper. First,queu?ing theory is used to establish a queuing model of the charging service system in the station. Accordingly,the probabili?ty of n chargers providing charging service simultaneously is analyzed,and the trend of charging load is forecasted. Then, CBA is used to establish the constraint relationships between construction cost,output benefit,peak load leveling and the number of transformed direct-current(DC)charging cabinets,respectively. With the combination of the above two theories,the function of cost recovery period with respect to the number of transformed DC charging cabinets is estab?lished. Finally,a charging station is taken as an example,and the cost recovery periods corresponding to different num?bers of transformed DC charging cabinets are demonstrated,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.%基于排队论和成本效益分析法,提出一种电动汽车充储放电站储能系统容量配置方法.首先采用排队论构建电动汽车充电站充电服务系统排队模型,据此分析充电站n台充电桩同时提供充电服务的概率和预测充电站充电负荷趋势;其次,采用成本分析法建立充储放一体化充电站的建设成本、产生效益以及削峰负荷同直流充电机柜改造台数间的约束关系;综合二者,建立以成本回收年限为因变量,直流充电机柜改造台数为自变量的函数关系;最后,以某充电站为例,通过所提模型计算,演示了不同改造数量充电机柜的回收周期,验证了方法的可行性.
