考虑多模式配电自动化特征的配电网可靠性评估方法

         

摘要

针对配电网中存在不同配电自动化模式的现状,提出一种考虑配电自动化特征的配电网可靠性评估算法。首先定义区域节点,化简得到由区域节点和不同自动化程度开关设备构成的网络,并基于简化网络提出一种快速的转供判断方法;然后介绍了各种配电自动化模式的特点及其对配电网可靠性的影响,根据影响程度的不同对自动化模式进行分类并划分对应的故障影响状态;最后定义了故障枚举节点集合,求取区域节点的等效可靠性参数,进一步简单修正得到区域中各负荷点的可靠性参数和系统的可靠性指标。算例仿真结果表明本文方法具有故障模式后果分析法的精度,且考虑了配电自动化特征的影响,验证了本文方法的正确性。%Aiming at the situation with different modes of distribution automations existing in the distribution network , this paper presents a method studying on the reliability evaluation of distribution network which contains multi-mode distribution automation. Firstly,with the help of the definition of regional node,a complex distribution network can be simplified into a network only composed of regional nodes and multi-mode distribution automation switch equipments. And a fast method of load transfer evaluation is proposed based on the simplified network. Secondly,characteristics of all distribution automations which have different influence on the reliability of distribution network is introduced. Fur⁃thermore,different kinds of distribution automations and corresponding failure influence states can be sorted. Finally, the set of fault enumeration nodes is defined in order to obtain the reliability parameters of the regional nodes. And the reliability parameters of load points and reliability index of distribution network can be calculated through a simple cor⁃rection. Example results show the correctness of the algorithm,which takes into account the influence of multi-mode dis⁃tribution automation with the same accuracy of failure mode effects analysis(FMEA)method.
