唑来膦酸盐对去势大鼠种植体周围骨形成及髓腔内晚期糖基化产物的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effect of zoledronic acid on bone around implants and advanced glycosylation end prodrcts(AGEs)within marrow space in ovriectomized rat. Methods:Three months after bilateral ovariectomy,twenty three -month - old female Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly assigned into two groups for implantation:ovriectomized group and ovriectomized + zoledronic acid group. Three months later,the tibiae were harvested for dual energy X - ray absorptiometry, and examing advanced glycosylation end product(AGEs)by immunohistochemical staining. Results:Bone mineral densityand bone mineral contet:ovriectomized group were lower than ovriectomized + zoledronic acid group,with statistical significance(P< 0. 05). Immunohistochemical staining of AGEs shows that ovriectomized + zoledronic acid group has low positive expression rates than ovriectomized group. Conclusion:Zoledronic acid may inhibit the decrease of bone mass and density aound implants in tibiae and reduce the formation of AGEs.%目的:探讨唑来膦酸盐对去势大鼠种植体周围骨形成及其骨牙腔内晚期糖基化产物( AGEs)的影响。方法:取2月龄 SD 雌鼠20只,腹腔注射麻醉后,行双侧卵巢摘除术,术后3个月,随机分为去势组和去势+唑来膦酸盐组,每组10只,麻醉后,将钛植体植入大鼠胫骨中,植体植入后3个月,处死,取其胫骨,进行骨密度及骨矿含量的检测以及 AGEs 免疫组织化学染色。结果:去势组骨密度与骨矿含量均小于去势+唑来膦酸盐组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);去势+唑来膦酸盐组 AGEs 的阳性表达率比去势组低,且着色程度比去势组浅。结论:唑来膦酸盐对钛种植体周围新骨形成有改善作用,对去势后骨质疏松大鼠骨牙腔中 AGEs 形成有一定的抑制作用。
