磁敏感加权成像对儿童轻型颅脑损伤微出血的诊断价值〔1〕

摘要

目的：探讨磁敏感加权成像（SWI）对儿童轻型颅脑损伤微出血的诊断价值。方法：选择轻型颅脑损伤患儿36例，进行常规磁共振成像（MRI）及 SWI 检查，观察两种方法所显示的颅内出血灶的数量、位置、大小及信号特征。结果：36例患儿中常规 MRI 检查阳性10例，显示出血灶19个，SWI 检查阳性17例，显示出血灶63个。结论：SWI 较常规 MRI 能检测出更多及更小的出血灶，对临床选择治疗方案及评估预后具有重要价值。%Objective:To study the value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of mild brain damage micro hemorrhage in children. Methods:Thirty - six children with light mild traumatic brain injury were selected. They received conventional MRI and SWI examination,the number,location,size and signal feature of intracranial hemorrhagic focus were ob-served in two methods. Results:In 36 cases,10 cases were positive by conventional MRI examination,19 hemorrhagic focus,17 cases were positive by conwentional MRI,63 hemorrhagic focus. Conclusion:SWI is superior to conwentional MRI can detect more and smaller hemorrhagic focus,has important value for clinical treatment and evaluating prognosis.
