探讨浆膜腔积液细胞块技术的应用价值

Objective:Tointroducemakingmethodofserouscavityeffusioncellblock,anddiscusstheapplicationvalue. Methods:After conventional make specimens of serous cavity effusion cytology smear,specimens of the remaining 4 ℃ block and let stand for the night after making cell microscopy diagnosis,compare the two diagnostic positive rate. Results:Compared with direct smear method,using the method of cell block detection rate and positive rate is higher. Conclusion:By the method of cell blocks,serous cavity effusion cytology test has higher application value.%目的：探讨病理科制作浆膜腔积液细胞块的制作方法并探讨其应用价值。方法：常规制作浆膜腔积液标本细胞学涂片后，将剩余标本4℃静置过夜后制作细胞块并镜检诊断，比较两者诊断阳性率。结果：与直接涂片法相比较，采用细胞块法检出率、阳性率均较高。结论：采用细胞块法对浆膜腔积液进行细胞学检测具有较高的应用价值。
