新活素在急性左心衰竭治疗中的作用及不良反应观察

摘要

Objective:To compare the curative effect and adverse reaction of Xinhuosu and sodium nitroprusside for acute left heart failure. Methods:Sixty - two patients hospitalized with acute left heart failure was selected and divided into observa-tion group and control group. While conventional treatment were given Xinhuosu and sodium nitroprusside,to compare curative effect and adverse reaction of the two drugs. Results:The curative effect of observation group higher than control group. The ad-verse reaction of two group has no significant difference. Conclusion:Xinhuosu is a safe and effective drμg for acute left heart failure.%目的：比较新活素与硝普钠在治疗急性左心衰竭中的疗效及不良反应。方法：选择急性左心衰竭住院患者62例作为研究对象，分为观察组与对照组，在常规治疗的同时分别给予新活素与硝普钠治疗，比较两种药物的疗效与不良反应。结果：观察组患者的疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：新活素是治疗急性左心衰竭安全有效的药物。
