丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗儿童与成人癫痫血药浓度监测分析

摘要

Objective:To monitor serum concentration of valproate sodium for children and adults epilepsy,and analyze the data,provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods:From January 2013 to December 2015,123 cases with epi-lepsy patients,including 63 cases of adults(adult group),60 children(children group);two groups were rules treated with valproate sodium retard tablets treatment,20 ~ 30 mg·kg - 1 ·d - 1 ,oral administration of 1 to 2 times a day,And use the HPLC method to determination of Serum Concentration. Result:Serum of concentration patients in two groups had significant difference(P < 0. 05). In the of children and adults with epilepsy the curative effect of sodium valproate sustained - release tablets is affirmative. The effective rates were 83. 33% and 90. 48% respectively,But the adult group was better than the chil-dren group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Valproate sodium retard tablets in the treatment of epilepsy in children and adults are dif-ferent,the adult group was better than the children group.%目的：监测丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗儿童与成人癫痫的血药浓度，并对数据进行分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：2013年1月—2015年12月收治癫痫患者123例，其中成人63例（成人组），儿童60例（儿童组）；两组均用丙戊酸钠缓释片规律治疗，20~30 mg·kg -1·d -1，每天口服1~2次，并采用高效液相色谱法进行血药浓度测定。结果：两组患者血药浓度比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗儿童与成人癫痫疗效肯定，但成人组优于儿童组（有效率分别达83.33％与90.48％）（P ＜0.05）。结论：丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗癫痫，成人组效果优于儿童组。
