家长协同护理对哮喘患儿住院舒适度及远期效果的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨家长协同护理对哮喘患儿住院舒适度及远期效果的影响情况。方法:选择2014年8月—2015年8月入院的100例哮喘患儿,按是否愿意接受家长协同护理干预分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施家长协同护理干预,比较两组患者相关临床气促、咳嗽不适症状及烦躁、睡眠状况的舒适度、出院3个月后患儿哮喘控制率及复发率等。结果:两组患者气促、咳嗽不适、烦躁及无法入睡情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05);但实验组住院总舒适度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);实验组出院3个月后哮喘控制率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者出院3个月后哮喘复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:家长协同护理对哮喘患儿住院舒适度及远期效果影响显著。%Objective:To investigate the synergistic care for parents of children with asthma hospitalized comfort and long- term effects of the impact of the situation. Methods:In hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 admitted 100 cases of asth-matic children by parents are willing to accept collaborative care intervention into two groups. The control group were treated with routine care of patients in the experimental group Gasch parents collaborative care intervention were compared clinical shortness of breath,coughing and discomfort,irritability,sleep comfort,the hospital three months after the recurrence rate and control of asthma in children rate. Results:The two groups were shortness of breath,cough,malaise,irritability and can not sleep no significant difference in the case,was not statistically significant(P ﹥ 0. 05);but the experimental group were hospi-talized overall comfort significantly higher in patients with the presence of significant difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 01);experimental group patients after discharge in March of asthma control was significantly higher than that there is an obvious difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05);experimental group of patients discharged from hospital after March asthma relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group ,significant differences were statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion:Parents of children with asthma hospitalized collaborative care comfort and long - term effects of parents of asthmatic children hospitalized for collaborative care and long - term comfort significant effects,clinical nursing reference.
