兰索拉唑联合氩离子凝固术在治疗 Barrett 食管中的应用〔1〕

摘要

目的：探讨兰索拉唑联合氩离子凝固术治疗 Barrett 食管的临床疗效。方法：在氩离子凝固术治疗后口服兰索拉唑30 mg，每日1次，共8周，观察第3，6，12个月的效果。结果：在第3，6，12个月回访有效率分别为66%，72%，82%，效果显著。结论：氩离子凝固术联合口服兰索拉唑治疗 Barrett 食管效果较好。%Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of oral lansoprazole combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of Barrett esophagus. Methods:Patients were treated by argon plasma coagulation after treatment with lansoprazole 30mg,once daily,8 weeks. After in the treatment of 3,6,12 months,to observe the effect. Results:The total efficiency in 3,6, 12 months were 66% ,72% ,82% . Conclusion:Argon plasma coagulation combined with oral lansoprazole in the treatment of Barrett′s esophagus effect is good.
