PCB企业拉式生产计划

摘要

在ERP系统已经发展30多年的今天，计划排程系统已经发展非常成熟，不论是理论研究还是产品落地都有长足发展，如JIT、APS(先进排程)等先进理论都已经有成功的应用。但遗憾的是印制板这个特殊的行业因为规模较小，并且生产过程复杂到现在还没有成熟的解决方案。本文旨在结合原理、印制板企业手工生产计划思路，希望为印制板企业计划排程提供一个可以操作方案。%Today, the ERP system has developed 30 years. The planning and scheduling system have already been very mature. Both the theoretical research and the products have great development, such as JIT or APS and so on. But it is a pity that because of the smaller size and complex production process, the PCB industry has no mature solution. This paper aims at combining the principle, PCB manufacturer’s manual production planning ideas, providing a solution for the circuit board can be operated enterprise planning and scheduling.
