The lamination temperature, preloading time, forming time, pressure on the effect of binding force of the Coverlay of FPC were studied with uniform design U13 (1312). The quadratic polynomial stepwise regressive method was applied to data processing, the regression model between the binding force of the Coverlay and four factors were established. Analysis results show that the optimized conditions are 194℃of lamination temperature, 5s of preloading time, 104s of forming time, 60kg/cm2 of pressure of fast-laminating, under the optimized conditions, the binding force the Coverlay of FPC is 5.31N/cm. The experiment verification result shows that very good binding force has been obtained in the actual production.% 利用均匀设计法采用U13(1312)的均匀设计表研究了压合温度,预压时间,成型时间,压力4因素对挠性双面板覆盖膜结合力的影响。采用二次多项式逐步回归法处理数据,建立了覆盖膜结合力和4因素之间的回归模型。分析表明,在最佳工艺参数压合温度194℃,预压时间5 s,成型时间104 s,压力5.88 MPa下,可获得覆盖膜最大结合力为5.31 N/cm,经过实验证明,该方法获得的最优化工艺参数在实际生产中可获得良好的覆盖膜结合力。
