有氧运动对急性冠脉综合征患者介入术后血清 hs_CRP 和 MM P_9的影响

摘要

目的：探讨有氧运动对急性冠脉综合征（ACS ）患者介入术后血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs_CRP ）和基质金属蛋白酶_9（MMP_9）水平的影响。方法选取介入术后2周的急性冠脉综合征患者72例，将其分为常规治疗组和有氧运动＋常规治疗组（有氧运动组）。另选健康成人72例为正常对照组。采用ELISA法测定各组血清hs_CRP和MMP_9水平。结果 ACS患者血清中hs_CRP和MMP_9水平明显高于正常对照组（ P＜0.01），两组治疗4周后hs_CRP和MMP_9水平均较治疗前均明显下降（ P＜0.01）。且两组各项指标比较，有氧运动组降低更显著（ P＜0.05）。结论 ACS患者血清中hs_CRP和MMP_9水平明显升高，而有氧运动能明显降低ACS患者血中hs_CRP和MMP_9水平。%Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise on serum high_sensitivity C_reactive Protein (hs_CRP) and Matrix Met-allo Proteinases_9 (MMP_9 ) in acute coronary syndrome patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 72 ACS patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into two groups :regular treatment group and regular treatment plus aerobic exer-cise group.Healthy subjects were chosen as the control group.Levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 were measured by ELISA.The results were compared.Results The levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in ACS patients were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01).4 weeks after intervention ,the level of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in the treatment group decreased ( P<0.01).Conclusions The level of hs_CRP and MMP_9 increased ,however ,the levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in patients with ACS decreased by the help of aerobic exercise.
