预加氢反应器制造中的难点及其处理措施

The product quality can be assured by proper control of deformation caused by overlaying stress, reasonable assembly order, welding order, inspection measures and reinspection for stress concentrated parts.%压力容器复合板设备的制造过程比较繁琐,工艺要求严格,特别是在制造过程中的难点的处理上,如:筒体和裙座的组对焊接；封头与大法兰组对、焊接、加工；法兰的加工、堆焊、再加工等.在设备制造过程中,因堆焊焊接应力产生的变形,对制造的工艺编制提出了较详细的要求,所以只有在制造过程中有效地控制组对顺序、加工余量、加工顺序、焊接顺序、检验手段以及应力集中部位的再检验,严格实施工艺过程,才能保证产品的质量.
