焊接坡口对焊接接头安定性的影响研究

         

摘要

The shakedown behavior of butt welded joints under cyclic thermo - mechanical loadings was researched by ABAQUS according to the nonlinear superstition method. Six weld groove shapes of type UV - groove, double U - groove, X - groove, U - groove, single - side welding and V - groove were further studied. Results showed that the type U -groove for the welding thickness 20 mm≤t≤60 mm while the type double U - groove for the welding thickness t > 60 mm should be utilized for butt welded joints due to the greater shakedown region and thus the greater load carrying capacity under cyclic thermo - mechanical loadings. This study has some guidance significance for engineering designs of butt welded joints of thick pressure vessels and piping.%结合非线性叠加法和通用有限元软件ABAQUS研究了循环热-机械载荷下对焊接接头的安定性,并比较了UV形、双U形、X形、U形、单面焊及V形等6种焊接坡口形式对焊接接头安定性的影响.结果表明,选用U形坡口(焊接厚度20mm≤t≤60 mm)及选用双U形坡口(焊接厚度t>60 mm)连接时焊接接头的安定域较大,在循环热-机械载荷下具有更好的承载能力.此研究对厚壁压力容器及管道对焊焊接接头的设计有一定指导意义.
