一种高压真空气淬炉中节能型鳍片换热器

             

摘要

在生产实践过程中,高压气淬炉一直以来存在着换热效率低下的问题.根据传热学基本原理,异形结构换热管可以提高换热效率.因此,为了进一步提高换热效率,对换热器设计工作包括3个部分:把换热光管改进为鳍片管,折流板由弓形改为螺旋型,并且把钢质换热材料替换为铜质以进一步提高换热效率.实践证明,与传统的换热设备相比,改进后的结构达到了强化传热的效果,有效地提高了换热设备的传热能力.%In the production practice process, there existed a problem of low heat transfer efficiency in high pressure gas quenching furnace. According to the basic principle of heat transfer,the heat transfer efficiency would be improved by the heat exchange tub with especial ?shaped structure. So in order to further improve the heat transfer efficiency, our heat exchanger design includes three parts. The heat exchange tube was designed into a tube with a group of fins, bow baffle plate was replaced by the spiral ones and copper heat exchange material was instead of steel. It is found that the improved design has strengthened the heat transfer effect and effectively improved the heat transfer ability of heat - exchange facility.
