AP1000反应堆冷却剂系统主要设备安装技术

摘要

从反应堆冷却剂系统的组成和功能出发，分析了其主要设备的安装形式和技术要求。结合非能动先进压水堆反应堆（AP1000）冷却剂系统自身的特点，并在海阳核电站实践的基础上，阐述了反应堆压力容器、反应堆冷却剂主管道、蒸汽发生器、反应堆冷却剂泵、稳压器、波动管的施工流程，为后续核电站核蒸汽供应系统大型主设备的现场安装提供一定的技术参考。%The installation format and technical requirements of main equipments were established on the basis of the function and consists of the reactor coolant system.Combined with their own characteristics of advanced passive PWR(AP1000),the installation logic and sequence of reactor vessel,reactor coolant line,steam generator,reactor coolant pump,pressurizer and surge line are fully description hereafter.And in the practice of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plan,it can be used as a guideline for the installation of nuclear steam supply system of the coming project.
