超级双相不锈钢S32750板材的研制及在煤调湿干燥机中的应用

摘要

超级双相不锈钢S32750由于高Cr、高Mo和高N（0．24％～0．32％）的成分设计，使其较2205具有更高的强度、更好的耐点蚀、耐应力腐蚀和焊接性能。通过对冶炼过程氮气合金化控N、热加工塑性变形、热处理防止σ相析出等关键工艺技术的研究，最终研制成功具有优良使用性能的不锈钢板材，满足了炼焦行业煤调湿（CMC）干燥机的制作需求。%　　Super-duplex stainless steel S32750 has the characteristics of composition ,high Cr,Mo and high N(0.24%~0.32%).Comparing with 2205,it has higher strength,better pitting and stress corro-sion resistance,and super weldability.The key technologies,such as controlling alloy element nitrogen in smelting,learning hot deformation behaviour and preventing σphase precipitation in heat treatment process were investigated,so the stainless steel plate was successfully developed .The plate has super usa-bility and can satisfy the manufacture requirements of coking coal moisture (CMC)drier.
