通过对中国石化10家乙烯企业开展乙烯裂解炉管使用情况调研,归纳出我国乙烯裂解炉管的主要失效模式和失效机理。经调研可知,导致我国乙烯裂解炉管失效的主要原因是蠕变和渗碳,炉管失效是由炉型结构、裂解原料、炉管、炉管焊接件与静态浇铸件质量、生产运行中的问题以及安装等多种因素导致的。本调研凸显出我国乙烯裂解炉管使用寿命短的严峻问题。%Failure mode and mechanism of ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes in China are summed up through a survey on status of using of furnace tubes in 10 Sinopec ethylene pyrolysis enterprises .Creep and carburization are two main factors caused tube failure .5 factors,such as design,pyrolysis raw materi-al,quality of furnace tube ,fitting and welding metal ,operation and installation induce early failure .Early failure of ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes and short service life were presented .
