2．25 Cr－1 Mo钢制加氢反应器的焊接裂纹（一）--在制过程中出现的焊接裂纹

摘要

This paper briefly describes the welding crack which was found after whole post-weld heat treatment of the equipment during manufacturing process in a unit.Experiment was conducted on crack sample which was taken from the equipment.The situation,macro-morphology and micro-morphology of the crack have been displayed.These make preparation for further analysis of the crack qualitative.%简述某单位制造过程中，在设备整体焊后热处理后，发现焊接裂纹的情况，并对从该设备上截取的带裂纹的试样进行试验。展示出裂纹状况和宏观、微观形貌，为深入分析裂纹的性质提供了依据。
