双相不锈钢管与管板液压胀接技术

摘要

主要介绍换热器双相不锈钢换热管与管板之间的胀管工艺，采用液袋式超高压液压胀管机进行胀管试验，通过胀管后管外径与管板孔径之间的间隙值、胀管后检查以及拉脱力试验，从而确定最佳的胀接工艺参数。%The expanding technology of tube and tube sheet in the duplex stainless steel heat exchanger was introduced .Expanding test was made by using high pressure bladder hydraulic expanding machine . The optimal process parameters of expanding was determined by the gap values between the tube diameter and tube plate aperture after expanding ,inspection after tube expanding and pull -out force test.
