在循环内压载荷下,采用非循环法等方法推导了不同壁厚下厚壁圆筒的棘轮极限解析解,提出了相应的设计方法,并采用有限元方法进行了验证。理论解与有限元分析结果吻合良好。结果表明,此方法可用于循环内压载荷及类似工况下厚壁圆筒的棘轮极限设计,具有一定的工程价值。%Ratchet limit analytical solution of thick cylinder under cyclic internal pressure for different wall thicknesses were derived.The corresponding design method was proposed and the closed-form solu-tions were validated by simplified finite element method(FEM).Moreover,the proposed analytical solu-tions are in well agreement with those FEMresults.The results revealed that the proposed design method had good engineering significance for evaluating the ratchet limit of thick-walled cylinders under cyclic in-ternal pressure and similar conditions.
