摘要

The weld cracks occurred in the process of fabricating 2000 m3 propylene spherical tank were analyzed,and a reasonable repair scheme was formulated based on above analysis.The inspection was car-ried out after repair,there are no over-standard of defects found in the two years operating.%对球罐在安装过程中产生的焊接裂纹进行了分析，制定了合理的返修方案。经返修检验，投入使用2年后未发现超标缺陷。
