固定管板管壳式换热器瞬态热应力分析

摘要

通过瞬态模拟计算，并与稳态模拟计算的结果进行对比，结果表明，当固定管板管壳式换热器在操作工况发生突然切换时，温度场会在一个较长时间内变化至新稳态，在这个变化的过程中，设备内部可能出现远大于稳态运行时的应力峰值，设计时需要充分考虑。%Basing on the transient numerical simulation,and compared with the results of the steady state simulation.The result showed that when operation case of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger suddenly changed,the temperature field will cost a long time to reach a new steady state,in the process of chan-ging,a peak stress may occurred inside of the equipment whose value is greater than the value of the static runtime,it should be taken into account in designing.
