乙酰半胱氨酸联用还原型谷胱甘肽致迟发型过敏反应一例

1例65岁男性患者因食管癌术后出现肝功能异常,使用乙酰半胱氨酸注射液8 g qd及还原型谷胱甘肽1.8 g qd.第4日静脉滴注还原型谷胱甘肽过程中,患者突然出现心累,气促,全身大汗,血氧饱和度71％,停用还原型谷胱甘肽,给予吸氧,症状持续7 h后缓解,第5日静脉滴注乙酰半胱氨酸注射液过程中,再次出现类似症状,立即停药,持续3 h后症状缓解,停用该药后,患者未再发生类似症状.%A 65-year-old male patient with abnormal liver function after esophageal cancer surgery was treated with acetylcysteine injection 8 g qd and reduced glutathione 1.8 g qd.On the 4 th day, during the intravenous drip of reduced glutathione, the patient suddenly developed heart fatigue, shortness of breath, sweating all over the body, the oxygen saturation was 71％.The patient stopped using reduced glutathione and was given oxygen inhalation.The symptoms were relieved after 7 hours.During the intravenous drip of acetylcysteine injection on the 5 th day, similar symptoms occurred again.The drug was stopped immediately and the symptoms were relieved after 3 hours.No similar symptoms occurred after discontinuation of acetylcysteine injection.
