高效液相色谱法测定桃红四物口服液中芍药苷的含量

摘要

目的 建立中药复方桃红四物口服液中芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法 色谱柱:Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)；流动相:甲醇-0.1％磷酸水(14:86)；检测波长:230 nm；柱温为室温；流速:1.0 mL/min.结果 芍药苷0.044～ 0.179 μg范围内线性关系良好,线性方程:Y=20 540 X+232 890,r=0.999 8.平均回收率为99.5％,RSD=1.2％(n=6).结论 该方法准确、可靠,重复性好,可有效控制桃红四物口服液的质量.%Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in taohong siwu oral liquid. Methods A Kromasil C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm) was used with methol-0. 1% H3PO4 water( 14:86)as the mobile phase;The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 230 nm.and column temperature was room temperature. Results Paeoniflorin had a good linear in the range of 0.044 ~ 0. 179 μg (Y = 20 540 X + 232 890, r = 0. 999 8) ,the average recovery rate was 99. 5% ,RSD = 1. 2%. Conclusion The procedure is simple,reliable and reproducible. The method can be used for evaluating the quality of taohong siwu oral liquid.
