目的 探讨甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效.方法 将2007年1月-2012年3月我院诊治的158例异位妊娠患者随机分成2组,每组79例.实验组采用甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮治疗;对照组单纯采用米非司酮治疗.观察和比较两组的临床疗效、平均住院时间、包块吸收情况、血β-HCG值变化以及不良反应发生情况.结果 实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05).结论 临床应用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果显著,且无明显的不良反应发生.%Objective To investigate the clinical effects of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment for ectopic pregnancy. Methods 158 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2007 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,control group( n =79 )and treatment group( n =79 ). Control group was given mifepristone only, and the treatment group was given methotrexate combined with mifepristone. The clinical efficacy,time of hospital stay,absorption of lesion mass,change of blood β-HCG value,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group( P 0. 05 ). Conclusion There are significant clinical effects of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment for ectopic pregnancy without obvious side effect.
