目的 优选芩莲口服液的最佳提取工艺.方法 以芩莲口服液中有效成分黄芩苷的含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选芩莲口服液提取工艺.结果 芩莲口服液的最佳提取工艺:料液比为1:8,浸泡2 h,煎煮2次,每次2 h.结论 优选出的提取工艺合理、稳定、经济.%Objective To optimize the extraction process of qinlian oral liquid. Methods The test was designed according to orthogonal test with the content of baicalin as the indicator. Results The best extraction process: solid-liquid ratio of 1:8, soak for 2 h, decocting for 2 times ( 2 h for each time ). Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable,stable and economic.
