干扰素联合阿司匹林在原发性血小板增多症维持治疗中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of interferon combined with aspirin in the maintenance therapy of essential thrombocythemia( ET ). Methods The effect of maintenance therapy of interferon combined with aspirin on 21 ET patients were analyzed retrospectively after load drop threatment. Results One case of IFN intolerant interrupted, and two cases stopped ASA because of bleeding. The 18 remaining cases were in a sustained relief condition during follow-up. No MF tranformation and serious bleeding was detected. Conclusion The combined application of IFN and ASA proved feasible in maintaining therapy of ET,and it is recommendable.%目的 探讨干扰素联合阿司匹林在原发性血小板增多症(ET)维持治疗中的应用.方法回顾性分析21例ET病例经降负荷治疗后,应用干扰素+阿司匹林进行维持治疗的情况.结果 除1例IFN不耐受者中断治疗,2例因出血停用ASA,其余18例在随访期内均为缓解状态,无MF转化及致死性出血病例.结论 选择IFN+ASA维持ET院外治疗确实可行,值得推荐.
