我院儿科住院患者常用退热药应用剂量分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the administration doses of antifebriles in pediatrics of our hospital,and to provide references to clinical rational use.Methods The prescriptions of antifebriles in hospitalized children were selected from September 2010 to September 2012 through HIS,the single dose of antifebrile was statistically analyzed based and compared according to the package inserts,the rationality was discussed.Results There were 352 prescriptions with 8 kinds of antifebriles,and the top use frequency was Lingyangjiao Diwan(56.25％),and the top single dosage of off-label use was Paracetamol Suppositories(26.70％).Conclusion The off-label use of administration doses of antifebriles is common in pediatrics of our hospital.Clinicians should make correct and rational decision for administration dosage to ensure the medication safety.%目的 调查我院儿科住院患者退热药临床应用剂量,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 调查我院HIS系统中2010年9月至2012年9月住院患儿退热药使用情况,统计退热药单次应用剂量,并根据说明书用量进行对比,探讨其合理性.结果 使用了退热药的病历352份,涉及8种退热药.使用频率最高的是羚羊角滴丸(56.25％),6种超说明书剂量使用的退热药中比例最高的是对乙酰氨基酚栓(26.70％).结论 我院儿科退热药超说明书剂量使用较常见.临床医师在用药时需要正确、合理选择药物剂量,确保患儿用药安全.
